Web Hub Content Sharing

When you use the “Share My Moods” feature to publish your content to our Web Hub, we collect and make publicly available:

  • The file name you assign to your mood pack
  • The name you assign to your mood pack for display purposes
  • The custom names you have given to individual moods within your pack
  • The author name you choose to display as the creator
  • The audio configuration and settings contained in your mood pack

IMPORTANT: All information shared via the Web Hub becomes publicly accessible worldwide. Once published, this content may be viewed, downloaded, and used by anyone. We recommend not including personal information in mood names, pack names, or author names if you wish to maintain privacy.

Published content remains on the Web Hub indefinitely unless you request removal by contacting us.

Data Retention

  • Your local app data (presets, settings) remains on your device until you delete the App or manually clear the data
  • Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 2 years to help improve the App
  • Feedback submissions are retained for up to 1 year or until resolved
  • Web Hub published content remains indefinitely unless deletion is requested
  • You can delete all your local data by uninstalling the App from your device

International Data Transfers

If you use our App outside of your home country, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
